Hi guys!!
I was wondering what I will give my son when he returns from school. I knew he would be sad if I gave him the left over idlis from the days breakfast ..that's when I thought of the makeover.. why not convert them to delicious vadas..
So this is how it's done.
Ingredients -
Idlis - 5 numbers
Rava/ sooji-2 table spoon
Green chillies -3nos
Ginger -half inch
Curry leaves - 5
Chopped onion -3table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method-
In a grinder mix all the ingredients except oil. Add a little water if you feel it's very tight. Make round patties like the regular vadas, make a hole in the centre. Deep fry on a low flame. Delicious vadas are ready. Can be served with sambar or chutney..
